We were asked by Brisbane Airport to design an unprecedented quality venue in their domestic Virgin terminal to set and raise the standard for the airport in a complete package incorporating design, quality local food, beverages, speed of service and freshly cooked hot meals. A departure from the all-too-common fast-food outlets. The design needed to appeal to all levels of the domestic travellers. The Bar needed to reflect what’s on offer, without being high-end and express a quality, intimidate setting.
