Our design brief was simple. “We’re going brew our own beer within an airport”. As such, the design needed to reflect on Sydney’s craft brewery urban culture. We used a hybrid palette of contemporary and traditional brew-house elements. Which all work together to capture an experience for a multitude of demographics.
